This page explains the withdrawal rights available to customers located in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA).

Your Right to Withdraw
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without providing a reason.

Digital Products and Immediate Delivery
Love God Greatly offers digital Bible studies and downloadable resources that are delivered immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly request and consent to immediate delivery of the digital content.

You acknowledge that once access to the digital product has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply, where permitted under applicable law.

How to Request a Withdrawal
To submit a withdrawal request, please contact us in writing using the information provided on this page and email it to us at shop@lovegodgreatly.com.

Please include:
Full name
Email address used for purchase
Order number
Name of the product purchased

Once your request is submitted, we will confirm receipt by email.

Withdrawal Confirmation
After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your request has been received. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If applicable, we will confirm whether a refund can be issued based on your purchase type and applicable law.

Important Notes
Physical products shipped outside the EU/EEA are not eligible for withdrawal under this policy.

Third-party purchases (such as Amazon or Book Depository) must be handled directly with the retailer.

This withdrawal process applies only to purchases made directly through Love God Greatly.
