We value your support in purchasing Love God Greatly Bible study journals and products. Your investment goes beyond the products you purchase and helps us equip women and believers around the world in over 40 languages to study and know God’s Word for themselves.
As a non-profit ministry, we are, at this time, unable to process refunds or exchanges on any placed orders. We kindly ask that you read each product description carefully before placing an order, and if you have any questions, contact our team. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can. Additionally, we offer no refunds on our digital products once an order has been placed.
If you notice your order has arrived damaged or there has been a mistake with the item you ordered, please contact shop@lovegodgreatly.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the product and original packaging in your email. Our team will be happy to assist you!
Please note we are unable to refund, replace, or offer shop credit for any Love God Greatly journals purchased via Amazon, Book Depository, or any outside retailer. Customers are responsible for directing any and all questions directly to the retailer.
