Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to your use of our online retail website ("Site") and any orders you place through the Site. By accessing or using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
ORDERING
1.1 You may place an order through our Site by adding products to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
1.2 Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase, including the products ordered, the total price, and any applicable shipping charges.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
2.1 All prices listed on our Site are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
2.2 We accept payment by the payment methods displayed during checkout, including major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment methods offered through Shopify.
2.3 We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
DELIVERY
3.1 We will make every reasonable effort to process and ship physical orders within the estimated timeframe provided on our Site. Shipping estimates are not guarantees.
3.2 Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.
3.3 If delivery cannot be completed, the shipping carrier may leave the package in a secure location, with a neighbor, or return it to the carrier or our warehouse according to the carrier's policies.
3.4 Risk of loss and title for physical products passes to the customer upon delivery.
3.5 Physical products are available only in countries to which Love God Greatly currently ships. Shipping destinations may change without notice. Digital Products may be available in additional countries where permitted by applicable law.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
4.1 We are unable to process refunds or exchanges on placed orders except as described in our Refund Policy.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact shop@lovegodgreatly.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include your order number along with photographs of the product and original packaging.
4.2 Digital Products are subject to the terms outlined below and in our Digital Products Policy. Please review both our Refund Policy and Digital Products Policy before purchasing any Digital Product.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
5.1 Love God Greatly offers downloadable Bible studies, journals, reading plans, printable resources, and other digital content ("Digital Products").
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, Digital Products are delivered electronically and are generally available immediately after payment has been successfully processed. Additional information regarding delivery, downloads, and technical assistance can be found in our Digital Delivery Policy.
5.3 By purchasing a Digital Product, you acknowledge and agree that delivery begins immediately following successful payment.
5.4 Digital Products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Digital Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5.5 Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, or modify any Digital Product;
- distribute, share, sublicense, or sell any Digital Product;
- upload Digital Products to websites, cloud storage intended for public sharing, or file-sharing services;
- use Digital Products for commercial purposes or group resale.
5.6 All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Love God Greatly and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
6.1 Love God Greatly does not currently ship physical products to countries within the European Union.
6.2 Eligible Digital Products may be purchased by customers located within the European Union where permitted by applicable law.
6.3 By purchasing a Digital Product, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge that, where applicable under European Union consumer protection laws, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery of the Digital Product has begun.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, Bible studies, devotionals, journals, downloadable resources, product designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Love God Greatly.
7.2 Except for the limited personal-use license granted for purchased Digital Products, nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights or ownership.
7.3 Your purchase is for personal, individual use, not group redistribution.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site or Digital Products without prior written permission from Love God Greatly.
You may not upload or share Digital Products on file-sharing platforms, group drives or distribution systems, or other public or semi-public repositories.
PRIVACY AND GDPR
8.1 Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, subject to applicable law.
8.3 Love God Greatly processes personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including processing orders, providing customer support, communicating with customers, improving our services, and fulfilling our ministry mission.

U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA AND SIMILAR LAWS)

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love God Greatly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, any Digital Products, or any products purchased through the Site.
10.2 Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
GENERAL
11.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this Site and become effective upon posting.
11.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.3 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11.4 If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.5 Failure by Love God Greatly to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights under these Terms.
